Clean and excellent hotel with great location in the middle of jackson, just what I needed. Courteous staff, I greatly enjoyed their help. Location: the property was just next door to shopping areas and dammam kurdish and the Dammam Corniche. Easily reached Applebee's, located within easy walking distance of the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The hotel is brand new and very nice. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen and sitting area. The breakfast is great with a variety of items. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the female employee at the reception, who exemplifies good morals and provides excellent customer service.

The room was amazing with smoke detectors for safety measures, and central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television. City view was an unexpected bonus.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with a range of exclusive amenities, including a lovely outdoor swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers to laze on. The stylishly decorated leisure/TV room was perfect for relaxation, and the room advantages were impressive. The well-equipped kitchen area was a pleasant surprise and the restaurant served delicious food. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from major attractions. A minor issue was the snackbar, which was a bit slow in serving.

The hotel is situated in a busy highway with easy access to public transportation and ample parking space. The rooms have a decent decoration with comfortable beds, but some edges are sharp and may cause injury. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a dry-water smell, and the water temperature in the shower was not hot enough. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was varied, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided well-equipped kitchens with appliances such as toaster, oven, and dishwasher.

The hotel had poor room service, with the phone ringing several times without answer.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to basement parking and easy transportation. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of food options to choose from.
